Real-time statuses
Initiated, pending, confirmed, rejected, cancelled, refunded — every status is traced and usable by the business.
Surelia Assurance links billing, collections and digital journeys to the payment methods used in your markets: mobile money, card payment, payment links, wallets or partner gateways, depending on the countries and providers selected.
Payment is not an isolated screen. It must be connected to the quote, the policy, the premium notice, the receipt, the collection status, the network and the reporting. Surelia structures that link to make digital journeys and operational tracking reliable.
Surelia lets you track payment statuses, confirmations, rejections, cancellations, reconciliations, receipts and their impact on premium notices or policies, according to the integrations you have enabled.
Surelia does not replace payment providers. The platform interfaces with the banks, PSPs, aggregators, mobile money operators or gateways the insurer has chosen.
Depending on the CIMA country and your partners, Surelia interfaces with several digital and traditional payment channels.
Payment through mobile operators or aggregators depending on the country — Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov Money, Wave and others.
Payment through a gateway or banking partner — Visa, Mastercard, GIM-UEMOA depending on the acquirers available.
A link sent to the customer to pay a premium or premium notice — by SMS, email or messaging app.
Connection to digital wallets where partners are available in the country.
Tracking of collections through intermediaries or physical points, with bordereau reconciliation.
Every payment follows a clear cycle, traceable and reconcilable with its originating premium notice.
Link or journey created, idempotent identifier.
Sent to the provider, awaiting response.
PSP callback processed, status consolidated.
Receipt generated, document archived.
Allocation done, premium notice status updated.
Reconciliation and technical accounting.
Idempotency is a cornerstone: the same payment identifier, however many times it is replayed, always produces the same result. PSP callbacks are traced, and cancellations and refunds follow their own cycle.
Mobile money operators and local aggregators vary by country: Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov Money, Wave or other partners enabled by the insurer. Surelia interfaces with the PSPs you select; it does not replace them.
A Surelia payment is always attached to an originating premium notice. The receipt follows. The collection aligns. Technical accounting reflects the transaction.
Initiated, pending, confirmed, rejected, cancelled, refunded — every status is traced and usable by the business.
Digital payments are reconciled against premium notices, policies and technical accounting flows.
Digital share, rejections by channel, pending payments and amounts collected, consolidated by period.
